Okay, who of you out there still uses mapQuest. Shame on you!

Now, at maps.google.com, when using it to get directions someplace, if there is a section of their “offered” directions of which you are already aware– and instead of its recommended route– you would prefer to ‘modify’ your course, there is now a new feature of maps.google.com that allows you to Drag & Drop the “little blue line” (that acts as an indicator of your course) to a different route/meander of your choosing.
