True, naysayers might equate Apple’s response to something like “milk on sale” where customers need to fight the urge to get back to where the milk is without succumbing to a stragtegically placed impulse item, but even so, Apple has without a doubt not only done the right thing, but has done it in yet another “We set the mark” example.
